I traveled to Dublin on my own for 2 nights from the moment I walked in this lovely hotel I was greeted by Martin on the front security desk ! Who directed me to the lift and carried my case down the stairs ! Nothing was to much trouble for him he made my stay very welcoming , What a lovely friendly guy we had some laughs chatting 😀 I felt very safe in Dublin has a woman solo traveller, I did not feel uncomfortable at all , everybody is so friendly especially the locals , This hotel is in the perfect location close to all the bars restaurants there are lots of things to do in the city all within walking distance I was sorry to leave but I will definitely be back very soon to this hotel and big shout out to Martin on security 🙌 sorry I missed him to say goodbye But I will be back for sure , also thank you to John on security who shown me where to get the air coach to the airport on the morning I checked out , can not fault this beautiful hotel and all the friendly staff on reception.

Great hotel in a very central location (near Temple Bar but not exactly in Temple Bar, which is super central but not as noisy). The hotel is fresh and well appointed. The rooms have everything you could possibly need. I have stayed here before and was allocated a room overlooking the street this time; the room had excellent insulation and I wasn't bothered by potential street noise. They even provide earplugs for anyone who may need them, which is a nice touch! A great night's sleep! I have had breakfast on my previous stays so I know they serve a lovely spread, but I didn't book it this time as I feel it's a bit expensive... The staff were lovely and very efficient. A very good hotel!

It was easy to get dropped off to! Check in was quick and easy. The room was fantastic and the fridge is a great touch to keep drinks cool! Loved that earplugs were supplied with our room being at the front of the hotel and would stop in the exact same room again! The staff were great and the female cleaning staff provided us with fresh towels and a made bed everyday which was great to come back to after a long day in the city. Can’t fault anything, we hadn’t been to Dublin in 6 years and coming back for valentines weekend 6 years later and stopping at the temple bar inn for the first time has solidified that we will definitely be back soon!

Excellent location right in the Heart of Dublin. Walking distance to most locations. Easy walk to Trinity University, the Archeology and Natural History Museums, shopping and Dublin Castle. Plenty Pubs and good Restaurants are all an easy close walk. Very lively area especially on the weekend. Martin who works the front door as Security, Concierge and all around Ambassador for the City of Dublin is a real Gem. His wise advice on sights and things to do in the area as well as things we should avoid was incredibly helpful! He is a true Gentleman and Temple Bar Inn should be justly proud to employ him.

Perfect location and exceptionally friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, and roomy. As noted in other reviews, it's loud but no more than what you'd expect from such a centrally located hotel and they very thoughtfully provide you with earplugs. As long as you aren't traveling with little kids it's totally fine. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to see and do which was our top priority. Fantastic restaurants, pubs, and shops all around. Our only issue was water temp being a bit cool during peak shower times so we just worked around it - which wasn't a big deal - but plan ahead. Highly recommend!
